Butler faces multiple charges, including intoxication, assault, and evading detention. Meanwhile, 22-year-old Melissa Bell was also arrested at the scene. She has been charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, interference with public duties, and assaulting a peace officer.
This troubling situation highlights the dangers law enforcement officers face daily while performing their duties. We have officers putting their lives on the line while idiots like these women will be hailed. There’s already people saying they did nothing wrong and that they should be freed.
