Rep. Cory Booker is clearly delusional and just doing his best to cope with not only Donald Trump being president of the United States, but with Democrats getting beat at every turn.

On Sunday, Booker appeared on CNN and made the bizarre claim that the Democrat Party’s plan to be Trump “is working.”

Uh, what??

CNN host Dana Bash asked Booker about his party’s plans since the “warning” about Project 2025 didn’t stop Americans from voting for Trump.

He replied, “Well, again, I think the plan right now is working in four parts.”

Booker explained, “One is a legal strategy to stop him from violating the separation of powers, from violating our civil service laws, civil rights laws and we’re winning. We see 41 cases being taken, 10 of them last week, 12 of them, excuse me, were successful in stopping some of his illegal actions.”

He continued, “The next is a legislative and oversight effort to really try to expose it, not to treat this as Democrat versus Republican, right or left, but really right or wrong and continue to try to use our positions procedurally as well as legislatively to stop what he’s doing.”

Booker concluded, “Then finally, perhaps most importantly, because all of us have to have a role, from the media to everyday citizens, which is shining a light on the dark corners of what they’re doing and how it is actually endangering Americans’ lives, is threatening to raise the cost of people’s everyday goods and inflation and more.”

It would appear that woke colleges have come a long way from teaching actual life and business skills to teaching bizarre liberal insanity.

According to The College Fix, Ithaca College is now offering a course that teaches abortion bans and anti-LGBTQ+ legislation with an “intersectional feminist lens.”

Exactly how will this get them anywhere in life, other than complaining about having a degree that they can’t get a job with?

The private New York college, with a hefty annual tuition of $50,070,  apparently never got the memo that Trump is president and the days of wokeness are over.

The crazy political science class focuses on “the subjugation of women and LGBTQ.”

They will also study “feminist ideology.”

The College Fix explained that “key questions to be discussed throughout are the issues of the sexual division of labor; the acceptance or rejection of the issues of the sexual division of labor; the acceptance or rejection of the connection between sexual and class oppression, and other key historical and contemporary feminist debates.”

So a complete waste of time and money. Got it.

This leads inevitably to something else laid out in The College Fix article: prejudice against traditional students who believe in traditional family values.

As Kristi Hamrick of Students For Life put it, “What’s tragic on too many college and university campuses is that the free open marketplace of ideas is instead an expensive, closed, and prejudiced small circle of politically correct thinking.”
