Oh Puh-Lease! Susan Rice Spouts Fake News: ‘Trump Admin a Security Threat’

On Tuesday, former White House adviser Susan Rice appeared on MSNBC’s “Deadline” and spouted fake news about the Trump administration being a “national security” threat.

She claimed that Atlantic editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg being added to the Signal group chat in which Trump administration officials were allegedly discussing military strikes was “the biggest national security debacle that any professional can remember.”

Rice declared, “It’s stunning. It’s likely the biggest national security debacle that any professional can remember. Let me explain a bit why this is so crazy. First of all national security advisors convene what is called the national security principals committee meeting. This is the cabinet level group that makes the most important decisions and recommendations to the president on national security. It’s all those people that are on that chat, the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, the Director of National Intelligence, the CIA Director and others by the way. It’s bizarre.”

She continued, “This absolutely needs to be thoroughly investigated.”

Rice added, “This is pure laziness, malpractice, recklessness, and probably also a desire to hide from The Presidential Records Act the legal responsibility to keep written communications that happen and between government officials and particularly national security officials for the public record. So there’s many, many ways in which was so crazy.”

However, this is false according to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, who explained on Monday, “Nobody was texting war plans and that’s all I have to say about that.”

This came after Goldberg claimed he was added to the group chat on March 13, and falsely reported that the morning of the strikes against Houthis on March 15, Hegseth had “texted [him] the war plan at 11:44 a.m. The plan included precise information about weapons packages, targets, and timing.”

Goldberg said that Hegseth posted in the group chat “operational details of forthcoming strikes on Yemen, including information about targets, weapons the U.S. would be deploying, and attack sequencing.”

Hegseth told reporters, “You’re talking about a deceitful and highly discredited, so called journalist who’s made a profession of peddling hoaxes time and time again, to include the, I don’t know, the hoaxes of Russia, Russia, Russia, or the fine people on both sides, hoax, or suckers and losers hoax.”

“This is the guy that pedals in garbage. This is what he does,” he added.

LOL! Gov. Kathy Hochul Actually Thinks She Can Stop Deportations

New York Governor Kathy Hochul actually thinks that she can stop the deportation of illegal immigrants. Boy does she have something else coming!

The governor announced that her state will not cooperate with mass deportations, except in cases involving warrants, terrorism watch lists, or criminal activity. Although some counties have partnered with ICE, Hochul stressed that state police under her leadership will not take part in mass deportations. This statement comes as Trump’s former border czar oversaw ICE arrests in Boston, underscoring the ongoing debate over immigration policies and federal cooperation.

“We’re not going to allow this mass deportation,” Hochul said during an appearance on The David Pakman Show. “Where we will cooperate — and I did this even under the Biden administration — if you have a warrant, or you know, someone’s on a terrorism watch list or committing crimes in their home country, or committing crimes here, that’s a different category, and I will help you with those to protect everyone — whether the newly arriving New Yorkers or where they’ve lived here their entire lives.”

“So our state policy, our state law, does not allow for our state police to be involved in those situations,” she continued, citing what she called “renegade counties in New York.”

“Individual counties can sign a pact with ICE and we have a lot of them — some on Long Island some in upstate New York, where there’s different political views,” Hochul said. “What I control is the state police, and they will not cooperate in that,” she declared.

Trump Believes Russia Wants to End War, Despite ‘Dragging Feet’ on Peace Deal

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump appeared in an interview on  Newsmax TV’s “Greg Kelly Reports,” and stated that he isn’t sure if Russia is delaying a peace deal but believes that both Russia and Ukraine want the war to end. He likened Russia’s possible hesitation to his own experiences with business negotiations.

Newsman host Greg Kelly asked, “I know the conversations are ongoing, but — and you can’t say everything, you don’t want to say everything, probably, about diplomacy, but we’re hearing that maybe Russia is dragging its feet at this point and Zelensky has shown some openness, especially after what happened in the Oval Office a few weeks ago. Is that accurate at this point?”

Trump replied, “I don’t know. I’ll let you know at a certain point, but I think that Russia wants to see an end to it. But it could be they’re dragging their feet. I’ve done it over the years. I don’t want to sign a contract. I want to sort of stay in the game, but maybe I don’t want to do it, quite, I’m not sure. But, no, I think Russia would like to see it end, and I think Zelensky would like to see it end at this point.”

Judge Cries Over Deported Gang Bangers – Says ‘Nazis Treated Better’

Federal Judge Patricia A. Millett is now more concerned about the treatment of gang members being deported than she is about American lives. She drew a ridiculous comparison between the Trump administration’s deportation of illegal alien gang members and the treatment of Nazis under the Alien Enemies Act. The administration used this Act to deport 250 gang members to El Salvador, but a temporary restraining order has halted the move.

“There were planeloads of people. There were no procedures in place to notify people,” Millett complained to Deputy Assistant Attorney General Drew Ensign during a Monday hearing. “Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act than has happened here…”

Ensign rebottled her argument, stating that the government “certainly dispute[s] the Nazi analogy.”

Breitbart reports:

The remark from Millett came during a hearing regarding whether a lower court can address the Trump administration’s plan to deport hundreds, potentially thousands, of gang members associated with Tren de Aragua and MS-13 through the Alien Enemies Act.

This month, the Trump administration used the Alien Enemies Act to deport 250 illegal alien gang members with Tren de Aragua and MS-13 — both of which are now designated as terrorist organizations by the State Department — to a mega-prison in San Salvador, El Salvador.

At the last minute, following a lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Soros-linked Democracy Forward, Judge James E. Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order blocking Trump from deporting illegal aliens using the Alien Enemies Act.

“They are not disputing the right of the U.S. to detain them, what they are disputing and challenging is the capacity of the U.S. government to release them to Salvadorian jails without any advance notice or due process and whether they even qualify under the proclamation,” Millett combatted.

Just before the hearing, Boasberg ruled that the illegal alien gang members who were deported to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act must be allowed to challenge their deportations.

Report: Fees Funneling to EV, Public Transit Instead of Fixing Roads

0

A report from the Common Sense Institute of Colorado points out the diversion of transportation fees from road maintenance to environmental mitigation and mass transit projects. The report’s author argues that Colorado’s geography makes mass transit impractical and warns that the state’s roads, already among the worst in the nation, will continue to deteriorate due to a lack of adequate funding.

As reported by The Center Square:

Colorado’s roads are deteriorating, as more money moves away from maintaining the roads in favor of funding public transportation and electric vehicle programs.

This comes even as transportation fees continue to increase for Coloradans, raising over $200 million.

This is all according to a March report titled “The Ongoing Shift of Transportation Dollars,” which was authored by Ben Stein for the Common Sense Institute of Colorado.

In an exclusive interview with The Center Square, Stein said that one of the biggest problems currently facing Colorado’s transportation infrastructure is the misdirection of funds away from directly fixing the roads.

“I think that the average citizen, when paying these additional fees that have been created in the last four or five years, presumes that that money is going to improve the transportation infrastructure,” Stein said. “In fact, only a small proportion of it is.”

Instead, the report found that the “bulk” of the money collected through those fees has gone to environmental mitigation and mass transit efforts.

Many of those efforts are being pushed as part of Gov. Jared Polis’ Transportation Vision 2035 plan, which makes it a goal to lower emissions in the state by methodically reducing “the use of vehicles, particularly those powered by fossil fuels.”

Yet, Stein argued that Colorado’s geography will make it nearly impossible to effectively move toward mass transit.

“I don’t believe, if you look at the land-use patterns where people live in Colorado today, that mass transit is really going to be an effective solution,” he told The Center Square. “It’s very difficult to imagine that mass transit is a viable solution.”

The report added that the monies that are directed toward infrastructure just aren’t meeting the Department of Transportation’s needs, with inflation, the redirection of funds and the state’s geography all playing a role in that.

“Over the long term, the resources available simply are insufficient to operate, maintain and expand the state’s highway system to maintain appropriate service levels,” the report found.

The problem isn’t going to get any better either, as Colorado’s roads already rank some of the worst in the nation.

This is according to a March report from the Reason Foundation, which ranked Colorado 47th for the condition of its rural highway pavement and 45th for urban highway pavement.

Stein said it is important to raise awareness about the redirection of funds, so that Coloradans know what their transportation fees are actually funding.

“There really needs to be statewide conversation so that the people of Colorado can say, ‘Yes, removing emissions is so important to us that we are prepared to have these fees go toward this, regardless of what it means for the long term condition of the state highway infrastructure.’ ”

PA City Worker Pulls a Smollett – Stages Hate Crime with Noose at Her Desk

According to reports, LaTarsha Brown, an employee from Allentown, Pennsylvania, has been charged after allegedly staging a hate crime by placing a noose at her own desk.

She essentially pulled a Jussie Smollett, just shy of hiring people to beat her in the streets.

About two months ago, Brown reported discovering a noose at her desk at City Hall. Authorities then requested DNA samples from all employees working in the office at the time

According to Capt. Steve Milkovits, all employees complied, except for Brown.

Ironically enough, a subsequent report from the Pennsylvania State Police Forensic DNA Division revealed that the DNA found on the noose matched Brown’s.

Brown, who worked for the city’s community and economic development department, is now facing misdemeanor charges, including filing false reports and tampering with evidence.

Tiger Woods is Dating WHO??

0

Professional golfer Tiger Woods has confirmed that he is in a relationship with President Donald Trump’s former daughter in law, Vanessa Trump, who was married to Donald Trump Jr. from 2005 to 2018.

“Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time we would appreciate privacy for all those close to our hearts,” Woods posted to social media, hard launching their relationship.

Users on X then did what they do best, and started roasting both members of this odd couple.

Many people immediately pointed out the drastic appearance in difference of age. One wrote, “Why does he look like he is 50 and she looks like she is 25? Also, she is literally just looking for a man who will treat her the way her ex-husband treated her sexually. Cycles.”

Others called him out for dropping such a bombshell to 6 million followers, and then asking people for privacy. As one person said, “Weird how you have a photographer taking affectionate pics. So, you announce your new love to multi-millions on social media, then instantly want privacy. Really bizarre when people pull that. You sound nuts.”

Rand Paul Says Illegals Likely to Receive ‘Due Process’ Before Deportation

0

On Sunday, Senator Rand Paul appeared on CBS’s “Face the Nation” and revealed he believes the courts will rule illegal immigrants receive due process before they are deported.

CBS host Margaret Brennan said, “There are legal questions around using these authorities to send out detainees without giving them a day in court. There’s questions of how it’s being handled in regard to these individuals who were rejected by El Salvador, one for gender, one because they weren’t Venezuelan at all. Do these concerns does any of this concern you along with claims from their family members that many of these people weren’t gang members?”

Paul replied, “There are some big legal questions here. On the one hand, The Bill of Rights applies to everyone, to persons. The Bill of Rights doesn’t specifically designate citizens. It’s anyone in the United States, The Bill of Rights applies to. On the other end, The Alien and Enemies act says you don’t get much process. The president can declare that you are somehow a problem for foreign policy and opposed to our foreign policy you can be deported. Ultimately, this goes to the court.”

“I think the courts will rule there has to be process,” he continued. “I think there’s going to be a process afforded by the courts for representation before you are deported in most cases. I don’t know about the ones under the Alien and Enemies Act. I’m not sure anybody knows that. While I love constitutional law, I’m not a constitutional lawyer. I think it goes to the Supreme Court and there are arguments to be made on both sides.”

Child Porn Investigation Finds In-Home Daycare Used as Cover for Access to Children

0

An ongoing investigation in South Charleston has led to the arrests of three people involved with child pornography, including a woman who troopers say used her in-home daycare for her boyfriend to have access to child victims.

Monsters walking in plain site. How sickening.

On Wednesday, 36-year-old Vanessa Beauvais was arrested and charged with “two counts of distributing and displaying obscene matter to a minor and two counts of employment or use of a minor to produce obscene matter or assist in doing sexually explicit conduct, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.”

Last month,  her boyfriend – 50-year-old Christopher Rush – was arrested in connection to the investigation, and has been charged with employment of a minor to produce obscene matter or assist in sexually explicit conduct.

The investigation started in early February when registered sex offender James Lewis, 59, was interviewed by Senior Trooper J.M. Massile about internet crimes against children.

This is when Massile learned that Lewis had been in communication with Rush via an encrypted app on his phone.

Fox News Illinois reports:

In those conversations, the trooper said Rush told Lewis he had access to a 2-year-old child and sent pictures and videos of the child to Lewis. Massile said that this included a picture of Rush sexually touching the child, along with videos of him kissing the toddler.

Lewis was arrested the same day he was interviewed and charged with 16 counts of giving false or inaccurate information as a lifetime registered sex offender. He is currently being held in the Western Regional Jail on a $50,000 bond.

The following day, the trooper identified Rush and Beauvais and spoke with them at an apartment in South Charleston.

During the interview, the trooper said he learned that Beauvais babysits children at her home and the children he observed on Lewis’ phone are children she watched through her home daycare service.

According to a list of providers from the West Virginia Department of Human Services, Beauvais was licensed for up to six children at her home located at 4401 Jones Street in South Charleston.

Rush was arrested on Feb. 11 and remains in the South Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond.

After seizing Rush’s cell phone, troopers said they discovered messages between him and Beauvais that included conversations about Beauvais openly masturbating in front of children while babysitting. Court documents said the evidence also included a video of her masturbating while children could be heard in the background.

Massile stated in the criminal complaint, “This conversation continues with both Beauvais and Rush speaking about how ‘hot’ and erotic the sexual conduct around children was to them.”

Beauvais is being held at the South Central Regional Jail with a $500,000 cash only bond. She faces a preliminary hearing on March 28th.
