Noem Destroys Dem Congressman for Defending Accused MS-13 Gang Banger

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem brought the fire on Capitol Hill this week — and Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) got scorched.

During a House Homeland Security Committee hearing on Wednesday, Goldman thought it’d be a good idea to go to bat for Kilmar Abrego Garcia — an illegal alien who’s been deported, accused of MS-13 gang ties, investigated for human trafficking, and twice accused of domestic abuse by his own wife. Sounds like a real model citizen, right?

But instead of asking how to protect American families, Goldman pressed Noem on what she was doing to bring this guy back into the country. You can’t make this stuff up.

Noem, never one to hold back, reminded the committee (and the country) that Abrego Garcia is exactly where he belongs — in his home country of El Salvador. And if he ever tries to sneak back in, DHS will deport him again. End of story.

But Goldman wasn’t done. He pushed again, asking: “What steps have you taken to return Mr. Abrego Garcia?”

That’s when Noem dropped the mic: “It’s got to be extremely discouraging to be one of your constituents, to see you fight for a terrorist like this and not fight for them is extremely alarming to me and I’m sure it is to your constituents.”

Amen. Because let’s be real — if you’re spending your time defending an accused human trafficker with MS-13 ties instead of the hardworking people in your district, your priorities are upside down.

And this isn’t just about some immigration paperwork. House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) has launched a full investigation into Abrego Garcia’s alleged role in a 2022 human trafficking operation based in Tennessee.

According to reports, a convicted felon who ran a smuggling ring told the FBI he hired Abrego Garcia to help sneak illegal immigrants across the southern border and into the U.S., completely undetected by law enforcement. That’s not immigration — that’s criminal enterprise.

Meanwhile, Abrego Garcia is currently sitting in a prison in San Salvador. And if he’s smart, he’ll stay there — because Secretary Noem has made it clear: he’s not welcome here.

But the fact that a sitting member of Congress is fighting harder for a suspected gang member than for the safety of American families? That’s what’s really alarming.

As Christians, we believe in grace and justice — but justice doesn’t mean turning a blind eye to crime. And it certainly doesn’t mean giving second chances to people who never respected our laws to begin with.

Kristi Noem stood up for America’s safety, while Dan Goldman stood up for an alleged MS-13 thug. The contrast couldn’t be clearer.

‘Too Late Powell’: Trump Slams Fed for Choking America’s Comeback

President Donald Trump isn’t holding back — and this time, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is in his sights again. On Tuesday, Trump fired off a fiery Truth Social post slamming the Fed’s decision to keep interest rates high, even as inflation shows signs of cooling off.

In classic Trump fashion, he didn’t mince words: “No Inflation, and Prices of Gasoline, Energy, Groceries, and practically everything else, are DOWN!!! THE FED must lower the RATE, like Europe and China have done.”

That’s right — while other countries are slashing rates to help their economies grow, the U.S. is stuck with what Trump mockingly calls “Too Late Powell.” He added, “Not fair to America, which is ready to blossom? Just let it all happen, it will be a beautiful thing!”

Trump’s message is clear: the Fed needs to get out of the way and let this economy thrive. He’s pushing for rate cuts that would supercharge growth and ease the pressure of his America-first tariffs. But the Fed, as usual, is dragging its feet — keeping interest rates locked between 4.25% and 4.5%, citing “inflation risks” and a still-strong labor market.

Let’s get real. April’s Consumer Price Index shows inflation at 2.3% year-over-year — which is manageable. Core inflation is a bit higher at 2.8%, but still nowhere near panic levels. Even the Fed’s own favorite number, the PCE index, showed a 2.3% rise in March.

So what’s Powell waiting for? A hand-engraved invitation from Heaven? Because right now, the economy is primed and ready to blossom — and Trump knows it.

Of course, the usual “experts” are trying to rain on the parade. Some economists say Trump’s tariffs could raise prices since U.S. importers pay the bill and pass costs to consumers. But let’s be honest — protecting American jobs is worth more than a few extra cents at checkout. That’s called leadership. And a little temporary pressure is better than being sold out to China.

This isn’t Trump’s first rodeo with Powell either. He’s called the Fed out before — and even considered firing Powell during his first term. Legal scholars love to clutch their pearls over that, reminding everyone that the Fed Chair can only be removed “for cause.” Translation? The Fed thinks it’s above accountability — and that’s the real problem.

Even Wall Street is chiming in. A recent Goldman Sachs report basically said, “don’t touch the Fed,” warning that messing with its so-called “independence” could bring inflation, tank the markets, and weaken the dollar.

But here’s the truth: independence isn’t the same as incompetence. The Fed is supposed to serve the American people — not act like an unelected priesthood, immune to common sense.

President Trump sees what’s coming. America’s economy is ready for revival — we just need the Fed to get out of the way and let it be the beautiful thing it was meant to be.

House GOP Burned Midnight Oil to Deliver on HUGE Trump Campaign Promise

The House Ways & Means Committee pulled an all-nighter and came out swinging Wednesday morning, taking a bold step toward delivering President Donald Trump’s promise of “one big, beautiful bill.” After a marathon session that started Tuesday at 2 p.m. (because who needs sleep when you’re fixing the country), Republicans on the committee passed their portion of the legislation in a 26-19 party-line vote.

This bill isn’t just some patch-up job — it’s a full-on overhaul, combining massive tax cuts and real-deal spending reforms into one powerhouse package. It’s being crafted across 11 committees, each handling a piece of the puzzle. The Energy & Commerce Committee worked well into the night, while the House Agriculture Committee wrapped up around midnight, planning to hit it again Wednesday morning.

Now of course, the Democrats did what they do best — stall, protest, and push for amendments that are more about scoring political points than helping Americans. They flooded the session with proposals meant to trap Republicans in gotcha votes, but the GOP stood their ground and swatted them down like flies at a summer picnic.

Things got heated when the discussion turned to Medicaid. The Energy & Commerce Committee turned into a bit of a circus — complete with protestors shouting from the sidelines and 26 arrests. Yes, some were even in wheelchairs, and the media was quick to turn up the drama.

Inside the room, Democrats went into full meltdown mode, throwing out horror stories and accusing Republicans of wanting to rip away healthcare from poor Americans. Never mind that the GOP repeatedly made it clear: the goal is to cut out “waste, fraud, and abuse,” not hurt the people who genuinely need help. But let’s be real — when you’re losing the debate, scare tactics are easier than facts.

Committee Chairman Rep. Brett Guthrie (R-KY) tried to keep the conversation honest, urging folks to stop calling it “Medicaid cuts,” saying that kind of talk is just misleading. Naturally, Democrats claimed he was just sugarcoating the truth — because when your talking points fall apart, best to blame the packaging.

Still, Guthrie and his crew did their homework. They were asked to find $880 billion in savings — and they found over $900 billion. That’s not just responsible leadership, that’s good stewardship. If more people in D.C. handled money like that, we wouldn’t be staring at a $36 trillion national debt.

Next up: merging all the committee work into one unified bill for the full House to review. If Democrats thought the committee rooms were tough, just wait — the real battle is only beginning. But one thing’s for sure: the GOP is wide awake and ready to roll.

South Africa Says White Farmers Aren’t Persecuted – Then Takes Their Land & Watches Them Flee

0

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa wants the world to believe there’s no persecution going on — just a bunch of dramatic white farmers packing their bags because they “don’t want to embrace the changes.” That’s right. According to him, if you’re a white South African trying to escape land seizures and brutal farm attacks, you’re not a victim — you’re just resistant to “transformation.”

“They are leaving because they don’t want to embrace the changes taking place in our country in accordance with our Constitution,” Ramaphosa said Monday. He also added: “We were well taught by Nelson Mandela and Oliver Tambo on how to build a united nation. South Africa belongs to all who live in it, and no one is being driven out.”

That’d be easier to believe if dozens of Afrikaner families hadn’t just landed at Washington Dulles International Airport, welcomed by top U.S. officials on a special State Department resettlement flight. Among them were small children and parents who’ve faced multiple violent attacks. They didn’t leave their homes because they “don’t want change.” They left because they’re trying to stay alive.

President Donald Trump knew what he was doing when he signed an executive order in February granting asylum status to these refugees — and calling out the South African government’s “shocking disregard of its citizens’ rights.” The order called out the expropriation of land “without compensation” and condemned policies that “dismantle equal opportunity” while fueling “disproportionate violence” against minority landowners.

Naturally, critics — and the leftist media — cried foul. They said Trump was exaggerating the threat to white South Africans and ignoring other refugee populations. But when the Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau met the refugees, he made it clear their stories weren’t political — they were real.

“They tell quite harrowing stories of the violence that they faced in South Africa that was not redressed by the authorities by the unjust application of the law,” Landau said. “The United States, as we were proud to say, has stood for equal justice under law and the fair and impartial application of the law.”

Meanwhile, Ramaphosa doubled down, claiming the land seizures are about “public interest” and denying that the Expropriation Act targets any racial group. That’s a tough sell, considering white South Africans — just 7% of the population — still own over half the farmland. Rather than celebrate their success and promote equal opportunity, Ramaphosa’s government seems more focused on punishment than progress.

The New York Times, doing damage control as always, tried to poke holes in Trump’s genocide warning. They cited South African police stats: 225 farm-related killings from 2020 to 2024, with 53 white farmers among the dead. Their takeaway? “See? It’s not genocide.” But to the families being tortured, attacked, or murdered in their homes — numbers don’t change the fear.

One refugee told the NYT she had been attacked four times — including the day before her asylum interview. That’s not paranoia. That’s survival.

Of course, the humanitarian industrial complex came out swinging. Cinthya Hagemeier of the International Rescue Committee didn’t deny the Afrikaners were being persecuted. Instead, she complained that Trump was helping them while keeping out others. “The Trump administration should bring operations for all resettlement processes fully back online… The arrival of these families shows the U.S. has the capacity to remain a welcoming nation,” she said.

In other words, they’re not mad that these Afrikaners are hurting — they’re mad that Trump dared to prioritize them.

Let’s not pretend this is about fairness. The South African government and its supporters have made it clear: white landowners are expected to sit down, shut up, and hand over everything — or else. When people resist, they’re branded as racists or relics of apartheid. Never mind that some of them were toddlers or not even born when apartheid ended.

And let’s not forget the Economic Freedom Fighters — the Marxist radicals who openly sing about killing white farmers at their rallies. That’s not just hateful. That’s evil. And Ramaphosa’s government turns a blind eye while claiming to care about “unity.”

If this is what “transformation” looks like, then the Afrikaners were right to flee. And America — thank God — had a leader willing to give them refuge.

AOC Has Instagram MELTDOWN Over Dem Arrests, Threatens Trump Admin

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is back at it — not passing legislation, of course, but filming herself on Instagram and throwing threats at the Trump administration like it’s a TikTok challenge. This time, AOC is fuming over the arrest of three of her fellow Democrats in New Jersey and accusing law enforcement of — get this — “public intimidation.”

In her Sunday video rant, AOC went full activist-mode over the recent arrests of Reps. Bonnie Watson Coleman, Rob Menendez, and LaMonica McIver during their visit to an ICE detention facility. The arrests happened during what officials described as a rowdy scene outside Delaney Hall, where some lawmakers reportedly pushed and shoved their way through a crowd of protesters.

But according to AOC, the real criminals aren’t the Democrats disrupting federal operations — it’s law enforcement. “If anyone’s breaking the law in this situation, it’s not members of Congress, it’s the Department of Homeland Security,” she declared, before name-dropping “people like Tom Homan and Secretary Kristi Noem.”

Then she dropped the line that made headlines: “You lay a finger on someone, on Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman … or any of the representatives that were there, you lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem.” She added, “Because the people who are breaking the law are the people not abiding by it.”

Ah yes, because in AOC’s world, if you’re a Democrat, you’re automatically above the law. Accountability? Never heard of her.

Meanwhile, ICE officials said that the Democrat lawmakers — including Newark Mayor Ras Baraka — were part of a protest outside Delaney Hall that got physical. That’s right: elected officials shoving through a crowd and then acting surprised when there are consequences.

Let’s be clear: Delaney Hall isn’t just some random building. It’s a federally utilized facility used to detain violent illegal immigrants. But that hasn’t stopped local Democrats from trying to shut it down over permit drama. Because when the Left can’t control something, they cry “illegal” and stomp their feet until someone gives in.

Naturally, the arrested Democrats are denying everything. Rep. Watson Coleman went on MSNBC to play victim, saying Trump had “weaponized law enforcement.” She continued her dramatic monologue, claiming, “To take the mayor of the largest city in the state of New Jersey and put him in handcuffs and then take him away, and his mother, God bless her soul, in addition to his wife. His mother is here, and she has been here since they brought him here. This is not America.”

She finished with this gem: “This is the sick man’s idea of what he thinks he can do to any one of us, or all of us that he doesn’t like.”

Let’s break it down: Democrats storm a detention center, get arrested for causing chaos, and then cry foul when law enforcement actually does its job. And now AOC is warning of “problems” if it happens again? Sounds like someone’s confusing their congressional badge for a shield against consequences.

Newsflash: being elected doesn’t make you above the law — it means you should be held to a higher standard. But with this crew? Accountability is optional, and drama is always on the schedule.

Did SNL Cross the Line with This Skit About the Pope’s Death?

0

It’s no surprise that Saturday Night Live has traded in comedy for cheap shots, but this time they may have truly lost the plot. The latest episode stirred up outrage after a sketch implied that Vice President JD Vance — yes, that JD Vance — might’ve had something to do with the death of Pope Francis.

Yep. They actually went there.

The show started off innocent enough, opening with a sweet, Mother’s Day-themed musical number. But in typical SNL fashion, it didn’t take long to spiral into hot-mess territory. Cast member James Austin Johnson came out in his usual Trump impersonation and kicked off the chaos with: “It’s me again, invading all aspects of your life.”

From there, things got weirder. Johnson’s Trump character launched into a monologue about the Catholic Church’s recent election of Pope Leo XIV — the first American-born pope from Chicago. Sounds like a setup for something nice, right? Wrong.

The sketch took a hard left turn when the Trump parody tossed out this zinger, insinuating JD Vance might’ve had a hand in the pope’s death: “Otherwise, I’ll have to send JD back to do his thing. Remember last time JD met the pope?” The joke referenced Vance’s real-life Easter Sunday meeting with Pope Francis — just one day before the Holy Father passed away.

Oh, but SNL wasn’t done dragging Vance. The Trump character kept going: “He’s got the Meidas touch, but for bad things. He meets the pope? Dead. Goes to India? War! Joins my campaign? Trump wins!”

WATCH:

So now prayerful visits and political support are punchlines? Only in Hollywood.

Not only did the sketch fall flat, but it also sparked another round of bizarre conspiracy theories online. John F. Kennedy’s grandson even chimed in, writing on X: “Okay JD killed the pope.” Because nothing says political wisdom like a Kennedy tweeting half-baked satire as if it’s gospel truth.

To his credit, JD Vance has handled the situation with grace. He hasn’t addressed the joke directly (because he’s got more important things to do), but in an interview with Fox News Digital, he reflected on his Easter meeting with Pope Francis: “I was one of, if not the very last world leader to actually meet with the pope,” he said. He added that one of his Catholic staffers was brought to tears by the holy encounter.

And after Pope Francis passed, Vance posted this touching tribute: “I was happy to see him yesterday, though he was obviously very ill. But I’ll always remember him for the below homily he gave in the very early days of COVID. It was really quite beautiful. May God rest his soul.”

Now that’s how you honor a spiritual leader — with reverence, not ridicule.

Of course, Catholics and viewers with even an ounce of decency have called out SNL for crossing a line. Making jokes about someone’s death — especially the Pope’s — is beyond tone-deaf. It’s disgraceful.

But when your ratings are in the basement and your writers are out of fresh ideas, apparently no target is too sacred.

CNN Host Can’t Keep a Straight Face at Navarro’s Biden Fantasy (WATCH)

CNN got a little too real Thursday night when senior political commentator Scott Jennings couldn’t keep a straight face after Ana Navarro made the bold (and hilarious) claim that President Joe Biden doesn’t “tell many lies.” Bless her heart, she really tried.

The fireworks started when Navarro — who also moonlights as a co-host on ABC’s The View — jumped in to defend Biden’s denial of a pretty specific quote. According to the book Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House, Biden allegedly told Kamala Harris to keep “no daylight” between her and his agenda during the 2024 campaign — a move that basically glued her to one of the most unpopular administrations in modern history.

Jennings, clearly not buying it, pressed Navarro: did she really believe Biden never lies? That’s when she dropped this gem: “I don’t think he tells many lies.” Cue Jennings bending over in laughter like he’d just heard the punchline of the year — because honestly, he did.

WATCH:

Navarro didn’t take the chuckle lightly. She snapped back, saying Jennings was too quick to believe the book over Biden’s on-air denial earlier that same day on The View. You think reporting can never be wrong?” she asked, clearly flustered.

Jennings stood his ground, pointing out that trusting Biden’s version of events over detailed reporting is… let’s just say, generous. That’s when Navarro really let it fly, shouting: “You support a guy who lies every freaking day.” Classy.

Jennings didn’t flinch, calling Biden’s memory “implausible” and basically saying what most Americans with common sense already know: this president’s credibility has more holes than Swiss cheese.

Things got so heated CNN anchor Abby Phillip had to step in and shut it down before it turned into a full-blown shouting match.

But the debate didn’t end there. Jennings took the fight to social media, tagging the authors of the book and asking them to confirm their reporting. Jonathan Allen, one of the authors, fired back Friday: “We stand by our reporting,” and even noted that The View itself acknowledged the quote was “deeply sourced.”

In other words: receipts, folks. Biden may deny it. Navarro may deflect. But facts don’t lie — even if certain presidents do.

DEI Is DOA: Trump’s Troops Now Answer to Strength, Not Pronouns

It’s a new day at the Department of Defense — and this one’s all about getting back to basics: strength, unity, and readiness. Following a major Supreme Court win for President Trump, transgender service members now have between 30 and 60 days to voluntarily pack it up and head home. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth made it official in a memo released Thursday.

After a SCOTUS victory for @POTUS, TRANS is out at the DOD,” Hegseth posted on X, pairing the statement with a video that laid out the new deadlines. No sugarcoating. No confusion. Just facts.

The Pentagon says about 1,000 active-duty troops currently identify as having gender dysphoria. Under the new guidance, those individuals must be out by June 6 if they’re active duty, or July 7 for reservists. This gives them time to voluntarily separate from service before being removed — because when it comes to national defense, confusion isn’t a virtue, and clarity is kindness.

Pentagon spokesperson Sean Parnell backed the move, saying the Department of Defense was “encouraged” by the Supreme Court’s decision to lift the lower court’s injunction. That ruling cleared the path for the administration’s new policy — officially titled “Prioritizing Military Excellence and Readiness.” Translation? We’re getting back to a military that fights wars, not feelings.

Hegseth made it clear: transgender troops can opt out voluntarily during the separation window. But after that, “those who do not comply… will be removed involuntarily if necessary.” Plain and simple. No drama needed.

Let’s be real — the Supreme Court didn’t rule on whether the ban is constitutional. It just said the Trump administration’s executive order from January 27 can be enforced while legal challenges continue. That order bars individuals from serving in the armed forces based on gender identity, not biology.

And there’s more behind this than just good order and discipline. Trump officials argue that the policy is about restoring unit cohesion, discipline, and combat readiness — things that actually matter when bullets start flying. Plus, there’s the price tag. Between 2016 and 2021, the military spent $15 million on gender-related medical treatments. That money could’ve been spent on training, equipment, or, oh, I don’t know… defending the country.

This policy officially rolls back President Obama’s 2014 decision to allow transgender individuals to serve openly. Hegseth’s directive isn’t just a one-off — it’s part of a larger mission to dismantle the entire woke machine embedded in our armed forces.

Just last month, Hegseth announced that 99.9% of DEI programs had been eliminated and that new combat fitness standards would require both men and women to meet the same benchmarks. No more participation trophies. No more lowered bars. Just excellence — across the board.

Because defending America is a calling, not a social experiment. And our troops deserve leadership that knows the difference.

House Republicans Move to Raise Debt Ceiling as Part of Trump’s Tax Agenda

House Republicans are on a mission and it involves boosting the debt ceiling by a whopping $4 trillion. Why? Because they’re full steam ahead on making President Trump’s America-First tax plan happen, and they’re not about to let Democrats hold it hostage.

The plan was tucked right into some fresh legislative text dropped by the House Ways and Means Committee on Monday. It follows the blueprint Republicans approved last month that kicked off the whole process. This is how they’re getting Trump’s tax priorities locked in.

Now here’s where it gets clever: by tying the debt ceiling raise to the same bill as Trump’s tax plan, Republicans are side-stepping Democrat demands for concessions. No more of that “we’ll raise the ceiling if you give us XYZ” nonsense. This is a clean sweep—Republicans style.

Of course, there’s a little pressure with this approach. The clock is ticking, and if they want to pass this mega tax package, they’ve gotta hustle.

Meanwhile, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is out here waving the red flag, telling Congress to act by July before we start bouncing checks on $36 trillion of debt.

In his letter to Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) last Friday, Bessent didn’t mince words: “There is reasonable probability the government’s ‘cash and extraordinary measures will be exhausted in August while Congress is scheduled to be in recess.’”

In other words, raise the ceiling now, or enjoy the chaos later—while everyone’s at the beach.

But wait, there’s a plot twist. The House wants a $4 trillion hike, while the Senate’s out here flexing with a $5 trillion proposal. Some Senate Republicans say the bigger bump would keep us out of trouble until after the midterms. But let’s be real—not everyone’s thrilled about that sky-high figure.

And if that wasn’t spicy enough, some GOP infighting is bubbling up over where to find savings. Medicaid reform? Now that’s causing a stir. House Republican leaders are juggling these disagreements while trying to keep the whole squad together.

Moral of the story? Republicans are trying to run the tax reform playbook and dodge a debt crisis—all before summer vacation. Buckle up.
