BREAKING: Jordan Neely’s Cause of Death Exposed – FREE DANIEL PENNY!!

Despite the original uproar and assumptions, the chokehold applied by former marine Daniel Penny was NOT the cause of Jordan Neely’s death on the subway in 2023. According to the defense’s medical expert, Dr. Satish Chundru, Neely succumbed to a “combined effects” of synthetic marijuana, schizophrenia, and other contributing factors.

Dr. Chundru, a forensic pathologist from Texas, testified to jurors in Manhattan Supreme Court that neither Neely’s autopsy results nor video footage of the F train incident showed signs typical of deaths caused by chokeholds.

“In your opinion, did Mr. Penny choke Mr. Neely to death?” queried Steven Raiser, Penny’s attorney.

“No,” responded Chundru, “the chokehold did not cause death.”

Chundru, with experience as a medical examiner in Florida and Texas, dismissed both medically recognized chokeholds — the air choke and the blood choke — asserting that Neely died from other causes.

He highlighted discrepancies in Neely’s medical records, particularly noting bruising on Neely’s neck and an “almost negligible” presence of petechia — small bleeding spots on his eyelids — which he argued were inconsistent with a fatal chokehold.

Instead, Chundru — who brands himself as the “Forensic Doc” online — stated that Neely’s death was due to “the combined effects of sickle cell crisis, schizophrenia, struggle and restraint, and synthetic marijuana.”

Chundru claimed that schizophrenia increases the “risk of sudden cardiac death.”

He also testified that he had encountered deaths solely from K2 toxicity. Evidence presented at trial indicated that Neely, once a Michael Jackson impersonator with a history of mental illness and drug abuse, had synthetic marijuana in his system when he died.

Chundru’s findings starkly contrast with those of the city medical examiner who maintained her ruling that Neely’s death resulted from asphyxiation caused by the ex-Marine’s chokehold.

Dr. Cynthia Harris conducted the autopsy and insisted that video evidence clearly showed the chokehold as the cause of death — stating she wouldn’t change her conclusion even if it emerged that Neely had enough drugs in his system “to put down an elephant.”

Harris testified earlier this week that she and other doctors at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner believed Neely’s death was due to “asphyxia,” consistent with being choked after viewing video footage showing Penny’s arm around Neely’s neck.

Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Dafna Yorna challenged Chundru on his claims about petechia on Neely’s eyelids, eventually prompting him to admit that other medical experts, including his mentor, found such symptoms consistent with death by asphyxiation.

The prosecutor also questioned Chundru about whether the darker color of Neely’s face compared to his arms indicated blood flow obstruction due to blocked arteries and veins from the chokehold.

Yoran referenced bystander video showing Neely’s face darker than the rest of his skin with protruding veins on his forehead and asked Chundru for his interpretation.

“One suggestion is blockage; another is suntan,” Chundru said before ultimately agreeing with the prosecutor.

Chundru’s cross-examination will resume Friday, with closing arguments in this high-profile trial expected on Dec. 2.

Numerous eyewitnesses testified that during the May 1, 2023 encounter, Neely was threatening passengers but hadn’t physically touched anyone before Penny intervened and restrained him.

Penny’s legal team argues he acted in defense of other commuters and should not be held criminally responsible for Neely’s death.

Prosecutors contend Penny was aware his actions could be lethal yet proceeded regardless.

Penny faces charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide, carrying a potential sentence of up to 15 years if convicted on the primary charge.

MSNBC guest and liberal political scientist Jason Johnson is already in meltdown mode, admitting that Bondi is an “effective pick” and even going so far as to say she’s “worse” than Matt Gaetz.

“We should all fear [her] because she’s competent. We may not agree with her ideologically, but she actually knows how to do this job,” Johnson reluctantly admits, highlighting the left’s fear of a capable Republican leader who can get things done.

Bondi’s expertise, especially on issues like immigration, is exactly what this country needs to counter the disastrous policies pushed by Democrats. “Pam Bondi knows what she’s doing. She knows what she’s doing about immigration,” Johnson states, inadvertently praising her qualifications.

The fact that he describes her as a “dangerous and effective pick” only underscores how concerned the left is about having someone in power who can effectively challenge their agenda. This appointment is a win for Republicans and a blow to the Democrats’ failing strategies.

Dangerous indeed, but in the best way possible! Bondi is one bad mama jama and I am thoroughly excited to see her in action as the next Attorney General of the United States.

After Rep. Matt Gaetz turned down Donald Trump’s nomination for Attorney General, the president-elect nominated Pam Bondi to fit the position!

He announced, “I am proud to announce former Attorney General of the Great State of Florida, Pam Bondi, as our next Attorney General of the United States. Pam was a prosecutor for nearly 20 years, where she was very tough on Violent Criminals, and made the streets safe for Florida Families.”

Trump continued, “Then, as Florida’s first female Attorney General, she worked to stop the trafficking of deadly drugs, and reduce the tragedy of Fentanyl Overdose Deaths, which have destroyed many families across our Country. She did such an incredible job, that I asked her to serve on our Opioid and Drug Abuse Commission during my first Term — We saved many lives!”

He added, “For too long, the partisan Department of Justice has been weaponized against me and other Republicans – Not anymore. Pam will refocus the DOJ to its intended purpose of fighting Crime, and Making America Safe Again. I have known Pam for many years – She is smart and tough, and is an AMERICA FIRST Fighter, who will do a terrific job as Attorney General!”

This woman is an absolute firecracker!! This is going to be FUN! Upon seeing Trump’s follow up, I’m almost glad to see Gaetz step back.

The absurdity of the left is on full display as MSNBC allows a guest to label Pete Hegseth, a proud American patriot, as a “far-right extremist” simply for selling grenade-shaped soap. This is the kind of ridiculous narrative that Democrats consistently push to vilify Republicans who stand strong in their beliefs and support our Second Amendment rights.

It’s laughable that Ruth Ben-Ghiat, who claims to be a ‘historian,’ would suggest that Hegseth’s tattoos and his association with ammo companies mark him as an extremist. The left is so desperate to silence conservative voices that they resort to attacking personal choices like tattoos and entrepreneurial endeavors.

Ben-Ghiat absurdly states, “Hegseth has tattoos that are linked to far-right extremism… It’s also interesting that he was making videos selling grenade soap.” This is nothing more than another baseless attack.

Furthermore, she claims, “He was selling ammo. Now, of course, the US Military uses government-issued ammo. He was selling something not a handgun someone might keep around the house to defend.” The left continues to misunderstand and misrepresent the values of gun ownership and self-defense.

In her attempt to paint Hegseth as dangerous, she adds, “He was selling something for grenades, weapons, military level, you know, weapons.”

Finally, Ben-Ghiat warns, “You know, people like that, extremists buy those things, military-level weapons. And they’re not in the military.”

The notion that Hegseth could somehow radicalize or politicize the military is just another scare tactic employed by the left.

Just three years ago, Rachel Maddow’s $30 million deal was hailed as a bold move for MSNBC’s future. Now, with her reduced contract, it’s apparent the network is struggling to stay afloat.

Since Trump’s victory, MSNBC’s viewership has nosedived by 40%, according to Nielsen data. Their leftist base is disillusioned, and criticism targets leadership figures like Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski. Gaetz, a dedicated supporter of the former president and a prominent figure in the MAGA movement, shared this announcement on social media. He mentioned having “excellent meetings” with senators but recognized that his confirmation process was beginning to overshadow the priorities of the transition team.

“While the momentum was strong, it is clear that my confirmation was unfairly becoming a distraction to the critical work of the Trump/Vance Transition,” Gaetz stated. “There is no time to waste on a needlessly protracted Washington scuffle, thus I’ll be withdrawing my name from consideration to serve as Attorney General.”

Another day, another person calling out President Joe Biden’s incompetence. Nate Silver, a prominent election analyst, is now openly questioning Biden’s ability to lead and is demanding that he step down immediately.

Silver, who had already urged Biden to withdraw from the presidential race last summer, was responding to a Washington Post article highlighting Biden’s evasive behavior at the G-20 summit in Brazil. Despite making significant decisions like authorizing the Ukrainian Military to launch long-range missile strikes inside Russian territory, Biden seemed determined to dodge the press, only offering scripted responses when he did speak.

The Post reported, “President Joe Biden was in the middle of the Amazon rainforest, unprotected from mosquitoes, fire ants and loud, squawking macaws. But there was another pest he did manage to avoid: the pack of reporters traveling with him.” During his six-day trip to Peru and Brazil, Biden barely spoke publicly and dodged questions despite repeated attempts by journalists to engage him. One TV producer even resorted to writing messages on a large pad of paper as Biden boarded and departed Air Force One.

In an X post Wednesday, Silver pointed out that this report is yet another sign of President Biden’s deteriorating mental faculties—something conservatives had been criticized as “conspiracy theorists” for bringing up just months ago.

“Is there any particular reason to assume Biden is competent to be president right now? It’s a very difficult job. It’s a dangerous world. Extremely high-stakes decisions in Ukraine. He should resign and let Harris serve out the last 2 months,” Silver said.

Silver had previously called for Biden’s resignation following his appalling debate performance in June, which many see as the end of his campaign. The president appeared disoriented, often gazing into space while delivering incoherent responses with a raspy voice.

At one point during the debate, Biden bizarrely claimed that his administration “defeated Medicare.”

“I wimped out in today’s column and deleted a line saying he should formulate a plan to transition the presidency to Harris within 30-60 days, but I’m there now.” Silver admitted then, “Something is clearly wrong here.”

He added, “The most generous way to put it is that he doesn’t seem in command, and that’s an extremely hard sell when you’re Commander in Chief.” Silver suggested that Biden would likely face mounting pressure not only to exit the race—which he ultimately did—but also to resign altogether.

It’s outrageous that during a House hearing on Wednesday, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) launched into an inflammatory rant, targeting white Americans with her divisive rhetoric. She had the audacity to dismiss their experiences, claiming they have no right to use the term “oppression” due to their racial background. This is just another example of Democrats trying to diminish the voices of Americans who don’t fit their narrative.

Crockett arrogantly declared that white men in America cannot claim “oppression” because they haven’t endured what African Americans have historically faced, such as being “dragged all the way across an ocean,” subjected to slavery, or systemic brutality. This kind of rhetoric only serves to further divide our nation.

“There has been no oppression for the white man in this country. You tell me which white men were dragged out of their homes,” said Crockett. “You tell me which one of them got dragged all the way across an ocean and told that, ‘you are going to go and work, we are going to steal your wives. We are going to rape your wives.’ That didn’t happen.”

Such statements are not only misleading but also seek to erase the legitimate struggles faced by many Americans today. Crockett CLEALY hasn’t heard about the Irish slaves….but I digress.

 

Crockett continued her tirade, stating, “We didn’t ask to be here. We’re not the same migrants that y’all constantly come up against. We didn’t run away from home. We were stolen.”

Her rhetoric took a blatantly partisan turn when she accused white Republican lawmakers of exploiting the concept of oppression for political gain. “Don’t let it escape you,” she said, “that it is white men on this side of the aisle telling us, people of color on this side of the aisle, that y’all are the ones being oppressed.” It’s clear that Democrats like Crockett are more interested in playing identity politics than addressing real issues.

Earlier this month, Crockett managed to secure her reelection to a U.S. House seat from Texas. As a former public defender and civil rights attorney, she won her second term representing a district that includes parts of Dallas and its neighboring suburbs. It’s disappointing to see such divisive figures continue to hold office while pushing agendas that do not serve all Americans equally.

Presler’s passionate criticism highlighted accusations of voter disenfranchisement during early in-person voting. He pointed out instances where voters were misled about when they could cast their ballots, effectively suppressing Republican votes. He praised the Republican National Committee for taking legal action against Bucks County to extend early voting by three days, celebrating it as a triumph for election integrity.

Following his remarks on election integrity, Presler enthusiastically celebrated Republican achievements in Pennsylvania, notably flipping Bucks County from Democratic to Republican control for the first time in modern history. “Congratulations to the patriots of Bucks County,” he proclaimed. “We defeated Matt Cartwright, gained additional seats in Congress, and we will not allow Democrats to steal this seat.”

Presler also accused Marseglia of disregarding court rulings, particularly a decision that prohibited undated mail-in ballots. He cited Marseglia’s alleged statement: “Precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. People violate laws any time they want.” Presler retorted, “You knew that going into the meeting, Commissioner, yet you chose to violate the law anyway.”

Addressing a room filled with supporters, Presler extended his criticism to include Commissioner Bob Harvey, accusing him of being complicit. “Harvey, this goes for you too. I will spend the next three years in Bucks County to ensure we take back this county.”
