VICTORY! Trump NOT GUILTY! Federal Judge DROPS HOAX CASES!!

It’s about time justice prevailed for President-elect Donald Trump! The Department of Justice is finally dropping the baseless criminal case that attempted to tie the former president to the January 6th Capitol incident.

Special Counsel Jack Smith, who was spearheading this witch hunt, submitted a motion to dismiss all charges on Monday afternoon.

On Truth Social, Trump boldly declared, “the cases were forced, empty and lawless, and should never have been brought.”

He celebrated, “I am officially NOT GUILTY on all counts. All of these WITCH HUNT cases brought by Jack Smith and other corrupt prosecutors against your favorite President, Teflon Don, have been dropped! We cannot continue to prosecute political opponents in the future!”

In his motion, Special Counsel Jack Smith refers to a long-standing department policy that prevents sitting presidents from facing criminal prosecution. He wrote, “as a result this prosecution must be dismissed before the defendant is inaugurated.”

Smith’s motion effectively ends the charade surrounding Trump’s January 6th case, which had been stalled for months after the Supreme Court affirmed that presidents possess legal immunity for official acts.

Trump faced indictment in August 2023 on four felony counts related to alleged attempts to meddle with the 2020 election.

Additionally, the DOJ is abandoning its ridiculous felony charges accusing Trump of unlawfully retaining classified documents post-presidency.

Photos had shown these documents scattered around Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, yet they still couldn’t stick any charges.

Team Trump is rightly celebrating this victory.

In a statement, Trump’s spokesperson declared, “the DOJ’s decision ends the unconstitutional federal cases against President Trump.”

Vice President-elect JD Vance tweeted that these prosecutions were purely political and stated, “if Donald J. Trump had lost an election, he may very way well have spent the rest of his life in prison.”

Despite this decision, the DOJ insisted that their actions do not exonerate Trump.

Special Counsel Smith writes in his motion that the government still stands by the evidence and merits of the case.

Clearly, CNN contributor Cari Champion underestimates Elon Musk’s capabilities, suggesting that he might attempt to purchase MSNBC but claiming, “it just can’t happen.”

Such dismissive attitudes are typical of liberal media figures who fear the influence of successful conservatives like Musk. Champion confidently argued that there is no feasible way for Musk to acquire the outlet.

“I’ve actually decided to take a rest of peace [from X] because it is not a peaceful place for me,” she remarked, perhaps highlighting her discomfort with platforms where free speech reigns. Champion went on to say, “I wouldn’t be surprised if there was an actual bid made to take on MSNBC, but the fact that… it just can’t happen in real life…”

It’s ironic she says that because I’d be willing to bet cash money that she would have said the exact same thing about Twitter a few years ago. Buying MSNBC would be chump change to Musk, and I wouldn’t put it past him to buy it just to spite the naysayers.

Even if he doesn’t buy it, it’s quite comical to watch him troll the snowflakes by posting memes suggesting that he is interested in a media take-over. For example, Musk shared a meme of a priest walking by a provocative woman, trying not to fall into temptation. The caption labels the woman as “MSNBC” and the priest as “Elon Musk trying not to buy.”

He wrote, “And lead us not into temptation….”

HA! What do you think? Will he buy the network or just continue to troll the left with the possibility of it?

Wesley Smith, an outspoken critic of euthanasia, detailed Weldon’s pivotal role in the National Review. Smith confirmed that Terri Schiavo was not brain dead but rather in a persistent or minimally conscious state, emphasizing her status as very much alive.

“Weldon’s bill was among the most bipartisan laws passed during George W. Bush’s presidency,” Smith noted, highlighting its broad support even among Democrats like Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and others. The unanimous Senate consent underscores its significance.

Weldon has also championed transparency and safety in vaccine approval processes, advocating for an independent agency rather than relying solely on the CDC.

Trump’s health policy team reflects a mix of medical freedom advocates. Notably, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. leads the Department of Health and Human Services with a focus on chronic illnesses and nutrition. Meanwhile, Dr. Marty Makary heads the FDA with skepticism towards lockdowns and pediatric COVID shots.

“Fantastic choice for CDC. Dr. Weldon is the real deal,” remarked Calley Means, a health freedom advocate on X.

RFK Jr. also praised Weldon’s selection.

It’s clear that the Biden administration’s handling of the EV charging initiative is nothing short of a disaster. Despite pouring $7.5 billion into this venture, they’ve managed to produce a mere eight charging stations over four years. EIGHT.

This colossal failure falls under the watchful eye of Pete Buttigieg at the Department of Transportation, who is now facing well-deserved ridicule for his incompetence. With $7.5 billion, they could have built about 15,000 stations. Where is the rest of the money, Pete??

In stark contrast, private companies like Tesla are setting benchmarks in efficiency. A single Tesla Supercharger costs less than $50,000 to build, allowing them to construct a 10-stall Supercharger station for under $500,000 (Electrek). This stark difference highlights the inefficiency and wastefulness rampant in government-led projects under Democratic leadership.

The ill-conceived EV charging station plan was embedded in the so-called Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, allocating an outrageous $7.5 billion for EV charging. Out of this, $5 billion was earmarked for developing a network along US highways. Yet, despite these ample funds, progress remains pathetically slow.

Even when confronted with these failures during a CBS News interview, Buttigieg attempted to justify the debacle by claiming it would take time to reach their ambitious goal of 500,000 chargers. Such excuses only further expose the lack of accountability and effectiveness within the current administration.

The utter disaster left by outgoing President Joe Biden is evident, as even the radical leftist filmmaker Michael Moore feels compelled to criticize him for potentially sparking World War III. In his “Dear Joe” letter, Moore slams the “dotard-in-chief” for failing to achieve anything significant in his last days, accusing him of desperately trying to secure a legacy as a warmonger.

Moore tears into Biden for abandoning his proposed agenda to establish himself as a “Great President,” instead suggesting, “You on the other hand seem to be trying to cement your legacy as a war monger — doubling down on some of your worst mistakes and worst impulses.”

The Bowling for Columbine director elaborates on Biden’s alleged warmongering actions:

Instead of using your precious little time left to do something to HELP THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, your first action after Trump won was to fast track the delivery of over $6 Billion in weapons to Ukraine. Then, you called up Zelensky and gave him the green light to start firing long range ballistic missiles into a country with a massive amount of nuclear weapons, Russia. Then, as if that weren’t enough carnage for one week, you authorized the use of antipersonnel land mines in Russia.

LAND MINES, Joe? Seriously? THIS is your legacy? This is how you want to go out? In a blaze of horror? Like, if Joe’s gotta go, we all gotta go with him… right into World War III?

Moore points out the hypocrisy by highlighting that the U.S. has spent billions removing landmines from countries like Iraq and Afghanistan. He accuses Biden of continuing this destructive cycle: “Vietnam was 50 years ago, Joe. And kids today in southeast Asia are still getting their arms blown off by our landmines. That’s your legacy, Joe. This is what you’re doing,” he rails against Biden.

Moore further criticizes Biden for opposing 19 Democrat senators who attempted to block his weapons shipment to Israel and expresses outrage at accusations from Biden’s administration labeling these senators as Hamas supporters.

He lambasts Biden for preventing a U.N. vote calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, stating, “America once again single handedly blocked the ceasefire. The only country speaking out in favor of more death and destruction was the one you and I are citizens of. This is your legacy, Joe?”

Moore also targets Biden’s refusal to support the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant for Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu.

In wrapping up his accusatory letter, Moore offers suggestions for Biden: “Maybe you should stop arming foreign wars and leave that for the next guy. Maybe instead, you should focus on things that matter to Americans,” urging Biden to “make some real and powerful change” in his remaining time.

He suggests that passing the Equal Rights Amendment is a “no brainer.”

You have the power to order the E.R.A. be officially published in the United States Constitution. You’ve had nearly 4 years to do this. It was ratified by the required number of states and it should be published as the 28th Amendment to the Constitution. Women, who make up 51% of the American population — THE MAJORITY — should finally be recognized as equal citizens and equal human beings, endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, just as they are in almost every single other Western Democracy.

“You have the power to do this, Joe. You have the power to make this your legacy,” Moore concludes. “So, Joe, I’m really telling you for the last time: JUST DO IT.”

However, it’s far from certain that Biden possesses this authority at all. The original E.R.A. language considered by states in 1974 included a seven-year limit for ratification by three-fourths (38 states). That deadline passed with only 35 states having ratified it for inclusion in the U.S. Constitution. The amendment has been reintroduced repeatedly without garnering necessary support.

Senator Tammy Duckworth appeared on CNN’s “State of the Union” and had the audacity to call former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, President-elect Donald Trump’s pick for Director of National Intelligence, “compromised.”

Host Dana Bash said, “Let’s turn to former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, who the president elect tapped to serve as Director of National Intelligence. She’s a critic of U.S. intelligence operations. She has promoted Russian propaganda. Your fellow Democrat, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, called her, ‘likely a Russian asset.’ Now, you and Tulsi Gabbard are both veterans. You served with her in the House what do you think of her?”

Duckworth claimed, “Well, I think she’s compromised. I think by going to Syria and basically um, backing you know, a brutal dictator there. I mean Russian controlled media called her a Russian asset. So I do think that we have a real deep concern whether or not she’s a compromised person.”

She continued with her unfounded allegations, “The U.S. intelligence community has identified her as having troubling relationships with America’s foes. So my worry is that she couldn’t pass a background check.”

Bash said, “So you know, you are a Democrat. You are in the minority now in the United States Senate. If she can find the votes among Republicans likely to get confirmed, it sounds like that would worry you to have her in that job.”

Duckworth responded with more baseless claims, “Very much so. She has no intelligence background whatsoever. When she was in Iraq she was a medical records clerk A-4 below the rank of sergeant. Her second deployment was actually to Kuwaiti naval base, where she only spent three months training the Kuwaiti military. I don’t know of any intelligence work that she has done. So she is in terms of the intelligence community, very unqualified. Plus she is potentially compromised and could be and has is there questions about whether or not she is now a Russian asset.”

She added another outrageous claim, “I think that she is someone who is wholly backing and supportive of Putin, and I worry that she will not have America’s best interests at heart.”

It’s about time someone takes a stand against the liberal agenda infiltrating our military. According to a new report from The Times, President Donald Trump is anticipated to remove transgender troops from the US military as soon as January 20th. This decisive action would affect approximately 15,000 transgender active service members.

“They would be medically discharged, which would determine that they were unfit to serve,” The Times reported. This necessary move also implies a ban on trans individuals joining the military, addressing a critical issue at a time when nearly all branches of the American armed forces are struggling to meet recruitment targets.

This honestly makes sense to me considering gender dysphoria is literally considered a mental illness. People who are mentally ill need help, not given a gun and told to protect our country. Our military is meant to protect the United States of America, not to promote gender ideology.

In a recent podcast with Shawn Ryan, Pete Hegseth boldly criticized the influence of wokeism in the military, attributing it to the decline in recruitment numbers. It’s clear that this politically correct nonsense has no place in our armed forces, and it’s high time we prioritize strength and readiness over social experiments.

If nothing else, this election has proven that young men do not want to be a part of a movement that looks like this. Something has GOT to change. Firing Democrats and their woke ideology is a start!

President-elect Donald Trump’s team is actively discussing a peace plan for Ukraine, in stark contrast to the warmongering Biden administration, that’s more interested in escalating the conflict. The Kremlin has taken notice of this significant difference.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on an interview with Mike Waltz, Trump’s choice for national security adviser, which aired on Fox News.

Waltz emphasized that Trump is “very concerned” about the increasing tensions between Russia and Ukraine, asserting that the war needs to be concluded “responsibly.”

Waltz highlighted the involvement of North Korea and Iran in the conflict, Russia’s use of hypersonic ballistic missiles against Ukraine, and criticized Western nations allowing Kyiv to target deep into Russian territory. He also mentioned South Korea’s contemplation of involvement.

According to Waltz, “What we need to be discussing is who’s at that table, whether it’s an agreement, an armistice, how to get both sides to the table, and then what’s the framework of a deal.”

Peskov noted that the Kremlin has acknowledged these statements and reiterated that President Vladimir Putin has consistently shown readiness for dialogue regarding Ukraine.

Peskov stated, “Indeed, from the circle of Trump supporters and those who have been nominated for future positions in the future administration, the word ‘peace’ or ‘peace plan’ is being heard,” when asked about Waltz’s comments.

He added, “No such words are being heard from the current (Biden) administration while provocative escalatory actions continue. That is the reality that we face,” highlighting the stark contrast between Trump’s approach and Biden’s aggressive tactics.

In June, Putin laid out his conditions for initiating peace talks: Ukraine must abandon its NATO membership aspirations and cede control of four provinces claimed by Moscow.

Moscow argues these terms reflect battlefield realities where Russian forces are advancing. However, Ukraine views these demands as an unacceptable surrender.

It’s clear that Kash Patel, who is reportedly being considered for FBI leadership in Donald Trump’s upcoming administration, is ready to take on former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and the rest of the corrupt FBI cronies who perpetuated the Russiagate hoax. News of his possible nomination already has them shaking in their boots.

Appearing on CNN’s The Source on Thursday, McCabe declared, “No part of the FBI’s mission is safe with Kash Patel in any position of leadership in the FBI and certainly not in the deputy director’s job.”

He continued, “If you enter into that position with nothing more than a desire to disrupt and destroy the organization, there is a lot of damage someone like Kash Patel could do in a position like deputy director at the FBI.”

And the fact that McCabe suggested that no part of the FBI would be “safe” with Patel in charge is more of a glowing endorsement than anything!

If McCabe is scared of Patel being in charge, then Patel is exactly the man we need in charge!

Patel, a true patriot, was instrumental in exposing the crimes committed by Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Paige, and others. He stands firm in his commitment to the Constitution and isn’t afraid to defend his record against baseless accusations from these so-called leaders.

He openly invites anyone with complaints or questions about his dedication to discuss it with him. Moreover, he’s eager to engage with the media to set the record straight. Those calling him a danger should be put on the spot and asked for tangible proof or evidence of any constitutional violations or ethical issues he has supposedly committed.
