He emphasized the importance of this legislation by stating, “A VERY important piece, VITAL to the America First Agenda, was added as well – The date of the very unnecessary Debt Ceiling will be pushed out two years, to January 30, 2027. If it wasn’t obvious before, we’re witnessing firsthand why the entrenched Swamp creatures were so against Elon Musk acquiring X. It’s been an absolute game changer for transparency and truth. They can’t manipulate it, and now people are finally seeing through their facade.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that Democrats continue to push their reckless spending agenda, but what’s even more frustrating is when Republicans fail to uphold the principles of fiscal responsibility they claim to champion. Texas Rep. Chip Roy didn’t hold back when he called out his fellow Republicans for “never having any ounce of self-respect.”

“You’ve added to the debt since you were given the majority again on November 5th. It’s embarrassing. It’s shameful,” Roy exclaimed, highlighting the hypocrisy within the party.

He continued, “Yes, I think this bill is better than it was yesterday in certain respects. But to take this bill yesterday and congratulate yourself because it’s shorter in pages, but increases the debt by $5 trillion is asinine.”
