Aldi is known for its low prices and better ingredients than many of the leading competitors. However, the store is going viral now for a different reason.
A video has surfaces of Chicago police pulling a coyote out of the refrigerated shelving area in the Aldi grocery store.

You know it's bad when the coyotes start shoplifting.
The officer was seen tugging on the wild animal to get it out of the produce.

The officer can be seen prodding and tugging on the wild predator in an attempt to remove it from the produce section. Eventually, animal control was called to the scene to remove the wild animal, according to The Chicago Tribune.
Animal control took the coyote to their facility, they stated, “The coyote appears uninjured, but Flint Creek will conduct an assessment to confirm its health before releasing it back into the wild if deemed appropriate.”
What would you do if you were minding your own business, grabbing some groceries for you house, and you saw two yellow eyes staring back at you from behind the lettuce? I think I would take that as a sign to just do grocery pickup from now on, if it were me.
