During an appearance on CNN, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller did his best to contain his laughter while trying to explain to host Brianna Keiler how the government works. He had to break it down as if she were a child because she simply did not grasp the concept. Which is odd considering she is on the air, reporting politics.
“Who is in charge of DOGE?” Keiler asked.
Miller replied with a smile, “The president of the United States.”
She questioned, “He’s the administrator of DOGE?”
To which Miller chuckled, “DOGE is what was formerly Digital Services. It’s an agency of the federal government, that reports into the executive office of the president, which reports to the president of the United States.”
“The way that Article 2 works is that the president wins an election, and then he appoints staff,” he continued, “and those staff report to him.”

Keiler kept asking vague “gotcha” questions to try to get Miller to slip up and react. It’s the same thing that Jim Acosta did for years.
CNN does not care about answers or facts. They care about poking the bear and feeding nonsense to fit their narrative.
