“He heads a group responsible for violence in Nuevo León, Tamaulipas, and Coahuila. He is also connected to extortion and several attacks on Fuerza Civil police officers in Nuevo León,” stated Omar García Harfuch, the Secretary of Security and Citizen Protection.
In response to escalating shootings across the city, government officials have been instructed to “shelter in place.”
El Ricky, the leader of the “Cartel del Noreste,” allegedly attacked soldiers in Nuevo Laredo just one day prior, according to @blogdelnarcomex.
Mexico finally grows some balls and arrests El Ricky from Cartel del Noreste, thanks to the REAL ALPHA. Trump's pressure has no soft diplomacy, it's time for hard action against these drug lords. He is the only one with the guts to make Mexico clean up. pic.twitter.com/tOewYE70Oz
