It’s outrageous that the Biden administration has given the green light to California’s radical plan to ban all gas car sales by 2035. This is just another example of Democrats pushing their extreme agenda, disregarding the needs and preferences of hardworking Americans. Over the next decade, this rule will force every car sold in California to be electric, regardless of whether consumers want it or not.
The so-called Advanced Clean Cars II rule mandates that by 2026, 35% of cars sold in California must be zero-emissions, increasing to 68% by 2030, and a full 100% by 2035. On Wednesday, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), under Biden’s leadership, approved this overreaching regulation.

“With more makes and models available than ever before, millions of Californians have already made the switch to clean cars,” Governor Gavin Newsom said. But let’s be honest—this isn’t about choice; it’s about control.
Democrats like Newsom are quick to criticize Republicans such as President-elect Trump for supporting American industries and consumer freedom. Instead, they choose to impose their will on the market under the guise of innovation.
