On Tuesday, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the creation of a Second Amendment Task Force to protect our Second Amendment rights. The force’s goal is to ensure the Second Amendment is not treated like a second-class right.
The memo, which was published in part by NBC News, states, “For too long, the Second Amendment, which establishes the fundamental individual right of Americans to keep and bear arms, has been treated as a second-class right. No more.”

This falls in line with FBI director and temporary acting ATF director Kash Patel ending the ATF’s zero tolerance policy – which was a Biden era policy – to close down licensed firearms dealers over simple paperwork errors.
Patel also noted that Biden’s ATF rules, like the ones being “engaged in the business” and AR-pistol stabilizer braces– are being scrutinized as well.
